Agentic Browser

AWS Quick has an automation pillar that enables browser agents to handle repetitive enterprise workflows across claims processing, recruitment, and quality testing. When agents encounter exceptions they can't resolve, the workflow stalls with no path forward.

As the design lead, I mapped the end-to-end architecture of the HITL experience across the browser, the OS layer, and the parallel Quick command center. I designed the complete HITL interaction model: how an agent signals it needs help, how users take over and hand back control, and how the system keeps users informed while the agent works in the background.
